Dinner Event with Shannon Watts
January 23, 2020 in South Pasadena
Fight Like a Mother
How a Grassroots Movement Took on the Gun Lobby and Why Women Will Change the World
In the wake of the recent mass shootings, we invite you as concerned moms and citizens to join us for dinner, book-signing, and discussion with Moms Demand Action Founder Shannon Watts, author of the new book, “Fight Like A Mother”. It’s time to get mad and fight back. As Shannon will discuss with us, we must elect officials at the local, state, and national level who care about common sense gun reform and are brave enough to do something about it. We will hear more about what action we can take to make a difference.
Come out and enjoy being an activist at this dinner and meet like-minded moms/women who want to never again hear of a mass shooting tragedy in the United States.
Want to find out more? Visit MomsDemandAction.Org.
All tickets include a signed copy of Shannon's Book, FIGHT LIKE A MOHTER: How a Grassroots Movement Took on the Gun Lobby and Why Women Will Change the World, plus dinner and Shannon's interactive presentation.
