Dinner Event with Ann Gentrty

Happy Women Dinners invites you to an evening with Pioneer & Visionary Ann Gentry on January 26, 2019.

The Three Elements of Healthy Aging: Body, Brain, & Being

More than half of American women say they don’t have enough time to do what they want to do. Two-fifths of us are exhausted most days of the week. Most of us suffer from high stress, and only 27 percent of us believe that we’re taking good care of ourselves. To make matters worse, 76 million American women are worried about getting older.

We worry about our lack of focus and how we never have enough time to take care of ourselves.

This is a perfect recipe for aging poorly. Our lifestyles are full of unhealthy foods, lack of focus, and stress. It’s showing on our bodies.

We have the power to change this when we learn how to reset the three elements of healthy aging:  the 3 B’s:Our Body, Brain, and Being.
