More than half of American women say they don’t have enough time to do what they want to do. Two-fifths of us are exhausted most days of the week. Most of us suffer from high stress, and only 27 percent of us believe that we’re taking good care of ourselves. To make matters worse, 76 million American women are worried about getting older.

We have the power to change this when we learn how to reset the three elements of healthy aging: the 3 B’s:Our Body, Brain, and Being.
Come join Ann and other wonderful women to learn a few simple actions to get fit and stay fit; enjoy satisfying foods to keep your mind high-powered; develop nourishing habits of self-care and maintain the energy to live a long healthy life.
