Evening Itinerary
​Jill brings over 10 years of purposeful living programs and wellness to her clients as a professional mindfulness educator and consultant. Her breadth of experience spans from training individuals and groups to facilitating mindfulness practices in schools and workplace. She incorporates the latest neuroscience research, helping her clients live more balanced, centered lives.
Jill has a rich holistic background as well as formal training in mindfulness studies. She holds a Masters in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University, has studied with the UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center, and completed MindfulSchools Curriculum training and Difficult Emotions training.
