An Evening of

Food, Forgiveness Exploration, and Friendship

We have heard it a million times: how important forgiveness is to our well-being, emotional state and even our health.

The practice of forgiveness is often misunderstood by erroneous beliefs that if we forgive someone, that means that we have to agree with them, condone their behavior, or be best friends with a victimizer or perpetrator. Others mistakenly believe that if we are a forgiving person we are a doormat. Forgiveness is not weakness; it is strength. Forgiveness can be a gift to ourselves, a restoration of peace and well-being rooted in a clarity that when we hate, we are the ones who suffer spiritually, emotionally and physically.

Come learn how to free yourself with the habit of forgiveness and hear the scientific research behind this powerful practice.
